What types of properties (assets) do you service??

We service income-producing and operational assets, including single-family rentals, small multifamily properties, commercial buildings, industrial sites, and investor-owned portfolios. If you operate property as a business asset, we’re built to support it.

What is included in your standard service, and what is considered an add-on?

Our standard service covers the essential reset and exterior readiness of an asset, including debris removal, haul-away, pressure washing, yard cleanup, light demolition, minor repairs, and final exterior-ready condition.
Specialized services such as deep interior cleaning, painting, flooring removal, duct cleaning, plumbing repairs, and remediation services are offered as add-ons and priced separately based on scope.

Do you handle full property turnovers or just specific services?

Both. We can execute a full asset turnover from initial clean-out through final readiness, or we can perform targeted services as needed. Many of our clients start with a single service and expand into recurring or bundled support as their portfolio grows.

How do pricing and deposits work?

All projects are scoped before work begins. A 50% deposit is required to schedule and initiate service, allowing us to secure materials, labor, and disposal. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of project completion. Larger or recurring assets may qualify for custom pricing structures.

Are repairs and maintenance items included in the base service?

Minor repairs related to hardware, basic patching, and small functional fixes may be included when clearly defined in the scope. Repairs involving plumbing, electrical, flooring, mechanical systems, or specialty materials are handled as add-ons to ensure proper execution and accountability.

We work with owners and operators who think long-term, value efficiency, and want their assets maintained at a professional standard — not handled piecemeal.
